摘要
纳米材料(晶粒尺寸小于100nm)是一类应用前景广阔的新型材料,被誉为“21世纪的新材料”。利用气相法制备得到的纳米粉体材料纯度高、分散性好、团聚少、表面活性面积大,特别适用于精细陶瓷材料、催化剂材料和电子材料等。随着新材料的不断出现以及先进设备的应用,气相法纳米粉体材料产品相关技术必然会不断地进步,未来会得到更适合各领域发展需要且具有更多预期功能的纳米粉体材料。本文主要针对气相法纳米粉体材料产品应用相关专利分析,分析维度包括专利概况、申请趋势、申请区域、技术功效矩阵分析等。通过分析获得相关专利技术的技术热点和技术空白点,并对气相法纳米粉体材料未来的研发提出建议。
Nanomaterials(grain size less than 100nm)are a kind of new materials with broad application prospects,known as"the new materials of the 21st century".Nano powder materials prepared by gas phase method have high purity,good dispersion,less agglomeration and large surface active area,especially suitable for fine ceramic materials,catalyst materials and electronic materials.With the continuous emergence of new materials and the application of advanced equipment,the related technology of gas phase nano powder material products will continue to progress,and will be more suitable for the development of various fields and have more expected functions of nano powder materials in the future.This paper mainly focuses on the patent analysis related to the application of nano powder materials by gas phase method,including patent overview,application trend,application area,technical efficacy matrix analysis,etc.By analyzing the technical hot spots and technical gaps of the patented technology,suggestions for the future research and development of nano powder materials by gas phase method were put forward.
