“能力-动机-机会”理论视角下物流工程专业转型驱动机制研究——基于教育部高等学校物流教指委的 2021年调研数据分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着新一代信息技术在物流行业的广泛应用,传统物流不断演化升级,新的物流场景与业态不断涌现,社会经济发展对物流人才培养提出了新的要求。在“新工科”建设的指引下,迫切需要高等学校物流工程专业加快培养模式转型。文章基于“能力-动机-机会”理论对物流工程专业转型驱动机制展开研究。文章通过对企业和高校的问卷调研,使用描述统计、方差分析、层次回归分析等方法,分析了不同驱动因素对专业转型的影响,得出以下结论。第一,当前企业对物流人才的需求与高校人才供给之间不匹配。第二,高校普遍意识到目前物流工程专业培养存在较多不足,具有开展物流工程专业转型的动机,认为物流工程专业转型工作的重点在于要紧跟国家政策方针以及行业发展步伐。第三,不同地区、类型和规模的高校,在转型的最终结果以及转型的能力、动机、机会因素方面有较大的差别。第四,高校能力、动机、机会三因素共同驱动专业转型的成功。文章还给出一系列发展建议,这对高校开展物流工程专业转型具有现实指导意义,也为我国“新工科”其他专业转型提供了重要参考。 With the wide application of new generation information technologies in the logistics industry,the evolution and upgrading of traditional logistics are evolving and upgrading while new logistics scenarios and formats are emerging.The society puts forward new requirements for logistics talents.Under the guidance of Emerging Engineering Education,it is urgent to accelerate the transformation of the logistics engineering major in colleges and universities.From the perspective of“ability-motivation-opportunity”theory,this study investigates the driving mechanisms of logistics engineering major transformation.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data from enterprises and universities,this study gets the following conclusions.First,there is a mismatch between enterprises demand for logistics talents and universities talent supply.Second,colleges and universities generally realize that there are many deficiencies in the current logistics engineering major.They have the motivation to carry out the transformation work.They believe that the key point of the transformation is to keep up with the national policies and the pace of industry development.Third,colleges and universities in different regions,types and sizes have great differences in the final results of transformation as well as their ability,motivation and opportunity factors.Fourth,the ability,motivation and opportunity jointly drive the success of the major transformation.This study gives a series of suggestions,which not only have practical guiding significance for universities to carry out the transformation of logistics engineering major,but also provide important reference for the transformation of other Emerging Engineering Educationmajors in China.
