摘要
目的分析肺动脉CT血管造影(CTVPA)后深静脉扫描对深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的诊断价值。方法抽取2018年4月~2020年6月64例疑诊肺栓塞病例,一全部开展CTVPA,扫描范围由患者膈顶一直到主动脉弓水平。其中60例实施双下静脉造影,由患者膈顶一直到小腿上端位置。分析以上两种检查方式情况。结果 64例患者全部开展CTVPA检查以后,1例患者无法诊断。24例存在不同范围肺动脉栓塞以及不同程度肺动脉栓塞,其余39例存在深静脉血栓。60例接受双下肢静脉造影检查患者,其中阳性40例,血栓分布在股静脉以及腘静脉位置,40例下肢静脉栓塞患者通过CT确诊39例。结论通过实施CTVPA不仅能够早期发现其他肺栓塞病变和位置,同时对患者腹部、盆腔以及下肢等位置实施静脉扫描,可显著提升深静脉血栓诊断准确率。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of deep vein scan after pulmonary artery CT angiography( CTVPA). Methods A total of 64 cases of suspected pulmonary embolism were selected from April 2018 to June 2020. CTVPA was performed in all the 64 patients. The scanning range was from the top of diaphragm to the level of aortic arch. Among them,60 patients underwent double inferior venography from the top of diaphragm to the upper leg. Analysis of the above two inspection methods. Results After all 64 patients were examined by CTVPA,1 patient could not be diagnosed. 24 cases had pulmonary embolism of different extent and degree,and the other 39 cases had deep venous thrombosis. Of the 60 patients who underwent venography of both lower limbs,40 were positive. The thrombus was located in the femoral vein and popliteal vein. 40 patients with venous embolism of lower limbs were diagnosed by CT in 39 cases. Conclusion CTVPA can not only detect other non embolic lesions and locations in the early stage,but also scan the abdomen,pelvis and lower limbs,which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of DVT.
