过敏性紫癜患儿血浆D二聚体与β2-微球蛋白变化的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血浆D二聚体(D-D)与β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化及临床意义。方法以260例HSP患儿为对象(含肾脏受损型HSPN组),以同期100例健康对照组患儿为对照组。检测受试者D-D,β2-MG,分析其与HSP的关系。结果三组D-D、β2-MG水平比较差异显著(P<0.05);对照组D-D、β2-MG水平低于HSP组、HSPN组(P<0.05);HSP组D-D、β2-MG水平低于HSPN组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示D-D与β2-MG水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HSP患儿机体血液凝固性较高,合并肾损伤患儿血液高凝趋势更高,检测D-D与β2-MG水平有助于HSP及HSPN的诊断。 Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of plasma D-dimer( D-D) and beta 2-microglobulin( beta 2-MG) in children with allergic cyanosis( HSP). Methods The target was 260 children with HSP( including the kidney-damaged HSPN group) and the control group was 100 healthy control group children in the same period. Test subjects D-D,beta 2-MG and analyze their relationship to HSP. Results There was a significant difference in the levels of D-D and beta 2-MG in three groups( P <0. 05);Control group D-D,beta 2-MG levels lower than HSP group,HSPN group( P < 0. 05);HSP group D-D,beta 2-MG levels are lower than HSPN group( P < 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between D-D and beta 2-MG levels( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The blood coagulation of children with HSP is higher,the trend of high blood coagulation in children with combined kidney injury is higher,and the detection of D-D and beta 2-MG levels is helpful to the diagnosis of HSP and HSPN.
