摘要 为了解决工业设备监管效率差、成本高和监管能力不足等问题,设计了工业设备远程感知与监测系统.该系统采用STM32F103R6T6单片机作为主控芯片,利用零磁通式电流传感器感知设备电源线的工作电流,将4~20 mA或0~5 V模拟信号输入单片机进行A/D转换后进行电流信号采集与数据预处理,通过ZigBee协调器和4G无线模块SIM900A实现了客户端无线远程监测中心对工业设备实时工作状态的查看,并实现了本地LCD的显示功能. In order to solve the problems of poor supervision efficiency,high cost and insufficient supervision ability of industrial equipment,a remote sensing and monitoring system for industrial equipment is designed.The system uses STM32F103R6T6 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip,and uses zero flux current sensor to perceive the working current of the power supply line of the equipment.The analog signal of 4~20 mA or 0~5 V is input into the single chip microcomputer for A/D conversion,and the current signal acquisition and data preprocessing are carried out.Through ZigBee coordinator and 4 G wireless module SIM900 A,the client wireless remote monitoring center can view the real-time working state of industrial equipment,and realize the display function of local LCD.
