摘要
目前,专业人才培养目标与社会需求存在差异,导致学生学习成果不突出、毕业生就业对口率不高等问题.本文将CDIO理念与“新工科”建设思路有效融合,以数字媒体技术专业为例,从人才培养方案、课程体系、教学方法、评价体系等方面进行研究,构建“一导向、四模块、五支撑”的创新型人才培养体系,提升学生的综合能力与创新能力.
At present,the professional talent training objectives are inconsistent with social needs,which results in the lack of outstanding learning achievements of students and the low employment counterpart rate of graduates.In this paper,the CDIO concept and the construction idea of new engineering are effectively integrated.Taking the digital media technology specialty as an example,the talent training scheme,curriculum system,teaching method and evaluation system are studied,and the innovative talent training system of"one orientation,four modules and five supports"is constructed to improve students’comprehensive ability and innovation ability.
