食品添加剂磷脂质量规格标准修订研究

摘要 根据磷脂产品的市场需求调查和行业反馈意见,对食品添加剂磷脂的质量规格标准进行修订,收集分析了国内外磷脂质量规格标准和资料,调研了国内实际生产情况,并采集磷脂样品进行试验验证。修订后的磷脂质量规格标准在范围中增加了油菜籽、蛋黄来源的磷脂,理化指标中增加了商品化磷脂产品的相应描述,重金属(以Pb计)指标改为铅指标。采集的磷脂样品均符合修订后的标准要求。结果显示修订后的磷脂标准符合行业现状,且合理可行。 To revise the specifications for food additive phospholipid based on market demand surveys and industry feedback for phospholipid products,this study collected and analyzed the existing domestic and foreign phospholipid specifications and data,investigated the actual production situation in China,and collected phospholipid samples for experimental verification.In the revised specification for phospholipid,the phospholipids derived from rapeseed and egg yolk are added to the scope,the corresponding description of commercial phospholipid products is added to the physicochemical characteristics,and the heavy metal index(calculated as Pb)is changed to lead.The collected phospholipid product samples meet the requirements of the revised specification.The results showed that the phospholipid specification to be revised is in line with the current status of the industry and is reasonably feasible.
