响应面法优化机械力辅助提取覆盆子多糖 被引量:3

Optimization of mechanically assisted extraction of raspberry polysaccharides by response surface methodology

摘要 为了探究覆盆子多糖的最佳提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法考察了机械力辅助下的球磨时间、球磨转速、球料比对覆盆子多糖得率的影响。结果显示:在球磨时间为9.0min,球磨转速为363r/min,球料比为298∶1,超声时间为20min,液料比为30∶1的条件下,覆盆子多糖得率最高为11.05%。在超声提取、回流提取等4种提取方法对比中,机械力辅助乙醇提取所得多糖得率最高,该提取方式更为绿色、高效。本研究为覆盆子多糖的提取提供了新思路。 Single factor experiment and response surface methodology were used to investigate the effects of ball milling time,rotation speed and ball to material ratio on the yield of raspberry polysaccharide,so as to explore the optimal extraction process of raspberry polysaccharide.The results showed that the highest yield of raspberry polysaccharide was 11.05% when the ball milling time was 9.0min,the ball milling speed was 363r/min,the ball to material ratio was 298∶1,the ultrasonic time was 20min,and the liquid to material ratio was 30∶1.Among the four extraction methods,the mechanically-assisted ethanol extraction had the highest yield,which was more environmentally friendly and efficient.This study provides a new idea for the extraction of raspberry polysaccharides.
