响应面法优化贻贝壳制备羟基磷灰石工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of the preparation of hydroxyapatite from mussel shells by response surface methodology

摘要 以厚壳贻贝壳为钙源,经粉碎处理后与磷酸氢二氨反应制备羟基磷灰石(HAP)。研究了贝壳粉目数、料液浓度、反应温度、反应时间和反应初始pH对羟基磷灰石含量的影响。在单因素实验基础上,以羟基磷灰石含量为响应值,采用响应面法优化法研究贻贝壳制备羟基磷灰石最佳工艺条件。结果表明:各因素对羟基磷灰石含量影响大小依次为反应温度>料液浓度>反应时间。响应面优化最佳工艺为贝壳粉600目、料液浓度0.06g/mL、反应时间7h、反应温度94℃、反应初始pH9.5,反应得到HAP含量为98.21%。 Using thick-shelled mussel shells as calcium source,hydroxyapatite is prepared by pulverizing and reacting with diammonium hydrogen phosphate.The effects of shell powder mesh number,material liquid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and initial pH of the reaction on the content of hydroxyapatite were studied.On the basis of single-factor experiments,with the content of hydroxyapatite as the response value,the response surface method was used to optimize the optimal process conditions for preparing hydroxyapatite from mussel shells.The results showed that the order of the influence of various factors on the content of hydroxyapatite is reaction temperature> feed solution concentration> reaction time.The optimal process for response surface optimization is shell powder 600 mesh,material liquid concentration 0.06g/mL,reaction time 7h,reaction temperature 94℃,reaction initial pH 9.5,and the HAP content obtained by the reaction is 98.21%.
