摘要
特殊医学用途配方食品是为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。该类食品可改善患者的营养状态、提高疾病康复速率、减少由于营养不良导致的并发症和住院时长,从而降低患者的医疗成本,节省国家医疗支出。随着我国政策的推动,近年来我国特殊医学用途配方食品行业获得了崭新的发展机遇,同时也面临着最为严格的监管挑战。研究主要从特殊医学用途配方食品所用蛋白质原料的角度,分别通过法规标准分析、原料标准现状研究和注册产品调研等方式,介绍了我国特殊医学用途配方食品相关法规标准管理现状、所用蛋白质(包括氨基酸)原料的管理要求、原料标准工作进展和注册产品中蛋白质(包括氨基酸)原料使用情况,以期为我国特殊医学用途配方食品更好的监管、注册、生产及临床应用提供参考。
Foods for special medical purpose is used to meet the eating restrictions,digestive and absorption disorders,metabolic disorders or specific disease status of the population on the special needs of nutrients or diet,specially processed and formulated formulas.Such foods can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the rate of recovery from diseases,reduce complications and length of hospitalization due to malnutrition,thus reducing the medical costs of patients and saving national medical expenditures.With the promotion of China’s policy,China’s industry of foods for special medical purpose has gained new development opportunities in recent years,but also faces the most stringent regulatory challenges.This paper mainly from the perspective of protein ingredients used in FSMP,through the analysis of regulations and standards,ingredients standards and research of registered products,research introduced the current situation of regulations and standards management of China’s foods for special medical purpose,the management requirements of protein(including amino acids)ingredients used,the progress of the work of ingredients standards and the use of protein ingredients in registered products,introduced the current status of management of regulations and standards related to foods for special medical purpose in China,the management requirements of protein(including amino acid)ingredients used,the progress of the work of ingredients standards and the use of protein(including amino acid)ingredients in registered products,in order to provide reference for better regulation,registration,production and clinical application of foods for special medical purpose.
