元代城市饮茶风尚新探

New Research on the Urban Tea Drinking Fashion in Yuan Dynasty

元代是我国古代城市发展的重要阶段,城市经济与市民社会进一步发展,城市饮茶风尚出现了诸多新变化:一是茶饮内涵扩大,以往不能入茶的食品、花草,甚至药品在元代都以茶概称;二是元代茶饮出现了明显的商品化趋势,相较于宋代,元代茶饮的商品化更加专业、系统;三是元代茶饮获得平民化发展,这在对茶的认知、饮茶方式、茶具等各个方面都有所体现。总而言之,元代是中国饮茶风尚发生转变的重要时期,开创了注重实用性、便捷性的城市饮茶风尚的先河。

The Yuan Dynasty was an important stage in the development of ancient Chinese cities. With the further development of urban economy and civil society, many new changes appeared in the fashion of urban tea drinking. Firstly, the connotation of tea was expanded. The food, flowers and plants, and even medicines that could not be used in tea were all referred to as tea in the Yuan Dynasty. Secondly, there was an obvious trend of commercialization of tea drinks in the Yuan Dynasty, which was more professional and systematic than that in the Song and Yuan dynasties. The third was the civilian development of tea drink in Yuan Dynasty, which was reflected in the cognition of tea, tea drinking methods, tea sets and other aspects. It shows the Yuan Dynasty was an important period of revolutionary change in the tea drinking fashion in China, which pioneered the urban tea drinking fashion that focused on practicality and convenience.
