宋代茶文化高度发展,影响深远,尤其在茶书领域,更是独树一帜。蔡襄所撰《茶录》是现存宋代茶书中最早且完整的著作,是宋代点茶法的最早专文记录,并深刻影响了宋代及后世茶书的撰写。剖析《茶录》,可见其务实创新、文士精神,以及简而易明、流程清晰两大特点,以《茶录》为窗口,还可窥见宋代茶文化风雅精致、雅俗共赏以及更加追求美好生活的特征,以此为基础进一步探析《茶录》及宋茶特征形成的时代、经济、文化原因,从而展现出巅峰兴盛的宋代茶文化。

Tea culture in the Song Dynasty is highly developed and have a far-reaching influence, especially in the field of tea books. Tea Records written by Cai Xiang is the earliest and most complete work in the existing tea books of the Song Dynasty. It is the first to record tea ordering methods of the Song Dynasty, exerting a tremendous impact on the writing of tea books in the Song Dynasty and later generations. Through the analysis of Tea Records, we can find that it is pragmatic, innovative, and full of scribes’ spirit, and also features simplicity and clarity. Taking Tea Records as a window, this paper discusses the elegance and refinement of tea culture in the Song Dynasty, and the pursuit of aesthetic life, so as to further explore the economic, and cultural reasons for the formation of Tea Records and the characteristics of Song tea, presenting the peak of Song tea culture.
