阳极炭渣中炭组分浮选回收试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 对贵州某电解铝厂产生的阳极炭渣进行了成分分析,并利用浮选法对阳极炭渣中的有用组分进行了分离。采用单因素试验研究了浮选工艺条件对浮选效果的影响,结果表明,在矿浆质量分数为30%、捕收剂用量为300 g/t、起泡剂用量为100 g/t的条件下浮选效果较好,并在此条件下进行了1粗2精开路试验,得到了精炭C品位为89.92%、C回收率为80.46%,尾矿C品位为1.38%的分选指标。利用分子模拟软件Forcite模块计算柴油(二苯并噻吩、甲基萘和十二烷)、水与石墨间的相互作用能,发现柴油对石墨有较好的捕收性。 Upon chemical analysis of the anode carbon slag generated from an electrolytic aluminum plant in Guizhou,the separation of valuable components from the slag was performed using flotation process.The effect of process conditions on the flotation behavior was studied during the performance of single-factor experiments.The results show that when the flotation tests with open circuit composed of one rougher and two cleaners was undertaken under optimum operating conditions such as at pulp density of 30% solids by weight,collector dosage of 300 g/t feed and frother dosage of 100 g/t feed,the carbon concentrate with a grade of 89.92% C and carbon recovery of 80.46% can be obtained,while the tailings assayed 1.38% C.Using the molecular simulation software Forcite to calculate the interaction energy between diesel oil(diphenylthiophene,methylnaphthalene and dodecane)and water and graphite,it can be found that diesel oil functions as an effective collector of graphite.
