四步法眼袋整形术在中老年眼部整形中的应用效果

Application Effect of Four Step Pouch Plastic Surgery in Middle-aged and Elderly Eye Plastic Surgery

目的 为提高中老年眼部整形效果,减少并发症的出现,探讨在接受眼部整形的中老年患者中应用四步法眼袋整形术的干预价值。方法 本次研究采用抽样调查法和分组研究法,首先通过抽样调查法选取参与研究的患者,病例选自2019年11月至2020年12月,抽样对象为本人所在医疗组内行眼部整形的中老年患者,抽样数量为80例,抽样完成后再使用随机数字表法进行分组研究,对1/2的患者采用下睑皮肤入路眼袋整形术,将这部分患者作为常规组,再对剩余的1/2患者采用四步法眼袋整形术,将这部分患者作为观察组。从总治疗有效率、治疗满意度、下睑皮肤下垂症状积分、下睑皮肤松弛症状积分、下睑皮肤臃肿症状积分以及并发症发生率等方面对比2种方法的治疗效果。结果 经过治疗,观察组患者总治疗有效率和治疗满意度显著高于常规组,数据对比差异统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者下睑皮肤下垂症状积分、下睑皮肤松弛症状积分、下睑皮肤臃肿症状积分以及并发症发生率低于常规组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 与常规下睑皮肤入路眼袋整形术相比,四步法眼袋整形术在中老年眼部整形中的临床效果更为显著,可有效改善患者下睑皮肤松弛、下垂及臃肿等情况,同时治疗安全性较高,术后并发症发生率较低,且患者对治疗效果达到满意程度较高。

Objective To improve the effect of eye plastic surgery in middle-aged and elderly patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,and to explore the intervention value of four-step pouch plastic surgery in middle-aged and elderly patients undergoing eye plastic surgery.Methods This study needs to adopt the sampling survey method and grouping research method. Firstly, the patients participating in the study are selected through the sampling survey method. The cases are selected from the period from November 2019 to December 2020. The sampling objects are the middle-aged and elderly patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in their medical group. The sampling number is 80. After the sampling is completed, the random number table method is used for grouping research, 1/2 patients in the study group were treated with four-way eyelid plastic surgery, and the remaining 1/2 patients in the study group were treated with four-way eyelid plastic surgery. The treatment effects of the two methods were compared in terms of total treatment efficiency, treatment satisfaction, lower eyelid skin ptosis symptom score, lower eyelid skin relaxation symptom score, lower eyelid skin bloated symptom score and complication rate. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The lower eyelid skin ptosis symptom score, lower eyelid skin relaxation symptom score, lower eyelid skin bloated symptom score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group. The data comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional lower eyelid skin approach pouch plastic surgery, the clinical effect of four-step pouch plastic surgery in middle-aged and elderly eye plastic surgery is more significant. It can effectively improve the relaxation,sagging and bloating of patients’ lower eyelid skin. At the same time, the treatment is safe, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, and the patients are more satisfied with the treatment effect.
