优质心理护理模式对肝癌Xelox方案化疗患者负性情绪与自我效能的影响

Effect of Quality Psychological Care Mode on Negative Mood and Self-efficacy in Patients with Xelox Chemotherapy

目的 探究优质心理护理模式改善肝癌Xelox方案化疗患者负性情绪、自我效能的效果及作用机制。方法 选取2021年1~10月我院肿瘤科收治的84例肝癌Xelox方案化疗患者开展研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各42例,对照组行常规心理护理,观察组行优质心理护理模式,对比两组的干预效果,包括负性情绪、自我效能、生活质量、护理满意度等,其中负情情绪、自我效能、生活质量的评价工具分别为焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分。结果 干预后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分较对照组低,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组GSES评分较对照组高,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组KPS评分较对照组高,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.24%)较对照组(80.95%)高,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对于肝癌Xelox方案化疗患者而言,优质心理护理模式可维持其稳定情绪,提高自我效能,优化生存质量,促进护理满意度的提升。

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of negative mood and self-efficacy in patients with Xelox. Methods A total of 84patients with liver cancer treated with Xelox chemotherapy in our hospital’s oncology department from January to 2021 October 2021 were selected for research. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group performs routine psychological care, the observation group has a high-quality psychological care model. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared, including negative emotion, self-efficacy, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, etc. The evaluation tools for negative emotion, self-efficacy, and quality of life were self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS), general self-efficacy scale(GSES), Karnofsky functional status sale(KPS) score. Results After intervention, the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The KPS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.24%) was higher than that of the control group(80.95%)(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with CC Xelox regimen chemotherapy, high-quality psychological care mode can maintain stable mood, improve self-efficacy, optimize the quality of survival, and improve nursing satisfaction.
