酒精肝患者的心理分析和护理探讨

Psychological Analysis and Nursing of Alcoholic Liver Patients

目的 分析与探讨酒精肝患者的心理分析和护理效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年8月入本院治疗的60例酒精肝患者为此次研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,分别实施常规护理与心理护理,对比两组的HAMD、HAMA评分、护理依从性与护理满意度。结果 研究组的HAMD、HAMA评分明显下降,护理依从性与护理满意度均显著较高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在常规护理的基础上,对酒精肝患者的心理状态进行分析,实施针对性的心理护理,不仅可有效消除患者的焦虑与抑郁等负性情绪,同时能够大幅提升患者的护理依从性与护理满意度,改善预后。

Objective To analyze and discuss the psychological analysis and nursing effect of alcoholic liver patients. Methods A total of 60cases of alcoholic liver patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the research group, respectively implemented routine nursing and psychological nursing, and compared their HAMD and HAMA scores, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction. Results The HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were significantly decreased, and nursing compliance and satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, the psychological status of alcohol liver patients was analyzed, and targeted psychological nursing could not only effectively eliminate patients’ negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, but also greatly improve patients’ nursing compliance and satisfaction, and improve their prognosis.
