综合护理对提高老年尿道结石术后满意度的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on Improving the Satisfaction of Elderly Patients with Urethral Calculi after Surgery

目的 分析在为老年尿道结石患者实施护理服务的过程中综合护理对其术后满意度的影响。方法 本次试验研究共选取试验对象124例,均为2020年3月至2021年3月在我院接受手术治疗的老年尿道结石患者,根据患者护理意愿不同分为甲组与乙组,其中甲组62例患者的护理方法为综合护理,乙组62例患者的护理方法为常规护理。结果 甲组患者术后满意度与乙组患者相比明显较高,P <0.05。对比在疼痛评分与平均康复时间,甲组患者与乙组患者差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。统计学分析两组患者并发症发生率后可知,甲组患者明显低于乙组患者,P <0.05。结论 对于接受手术治疗的老年尿道结石患者来说,综合护理是一种相对较为理想的护理方法,对患者的术后满意度及恢复均有着积极影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative satisfaction in the process of implementing nursing services for elderly patients with urethral calculi. Methods A total of 124 experimental subjects were selected in this experimental study, all of whom were elderly patients with urethral calculi who received surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021. They were divided into group A and group B according to the patients’ nursing willingness. The nursing method of 62 patients in group A was comprehensive nursing, and the nursing method of 62 patients in group B was routine nursing. Results The postoperative satisfaction of group A patients was significantly higher than that of group B patients, P<0.05. In the comparison of pain score and average recovery time, there was a significant difference between group A and group B, P<0.05. Statistical analysis of the incidence of complications in the two groups showed that the patients in group A were significantly lower than those in group B, P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is a relatively ideal nursing method for elderly patients with urethral calculi undergoing surgical treatment, which has a positive impact on patients’ postoperative satisfaction and recovery, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
