快速康复外科护理对无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者术后恢复及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on Postoperative Recovery and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Tension-free Inguinal Hernia Repair

目的 研究无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者实施快速康复外科护理后对术后恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月于辽宁省抚顺市第五医院就诊的70例无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者进行研究。采用随机抽签分组法,分成对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组的护理效果,包括患者术后恢复情况、疼痛情况、护理满意度以及生活质量评分情况。结果 观察组首次排气时间、肠鸣恢复时间及进食时间明显短于对照组,下床活动时间明显长于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,疼痛持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对无张力腹股沟疝修补术患者实施快速康复外科护理,能缩短术后恢复时间,缓解疼痛,帮助其尽快康复,提高其生活质量,且患者对该护理满意评价较高。

Objective To study the effect of postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing tension-free inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 70 patients with tension-free inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were studied. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, such as postoperative recovery, pain, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score. Results The first exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sounds and eating time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the time of getting out of bed was significantly longer than those in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the pain duration was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with tension-free inguinal hernia repair can shorten the postoperative recovery time, relieve pain,help them recover as soon as possible, improve their quality of life, and have a high satisfaction with the nursing.
