摘要
生态流量是维系河湖生态系统结构和功能,提升河湖生态系统质量和稳定性的基础。基于黄河干流宁夏段过去一段时间以来人与自然争水,生态流量难以保障,导致出现生态系统萎缩、生态环境退化等问题,本文采用1980—2016年的水文系列,结合下河沿、石嘴山断面地表水资源开发利用程度,采用Tennant法进行计算,得出黄河干流宁夏段的生态流量,旨在为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区生态流量保障工作提供参考。
Ecological flow is the basis for maintaining the structure and function and improving the quality and stability of river and lake ecosystems.For a long period of time,the ecological flow can not be guaranteed because people and nature have competed for water in the Ningxia section of the main stream of the Yellow River,resulting in the shrinking of the ecosystem and the degradation of the ecological environment.Drawing on the hydro-logical series from 1980 to 2016,combined with the development utilization status of surface water resources along the lower river and Shizuishan section,the ecological flow of the Ningxia section of the main stream of the Yellow River is obtained through the Tennant method,which aims to provide reference for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the ecological flow in the pilot area in the Yellow River Basin.
