摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来以及接受良好教育理念的不断深化,教育咨询行业迎来了发展的契机,并随着市场的发展逐渐趋于成熟。在当今全球经济一体化的背景下,教育咨询企业在重点发展国内市场的同时,还可借助新媒体平台的特点和优势打开国际市场,走国际化发展路线。基于此,本文运用SWOT分析法,以广东省佛山市S教育咨询服务有限公司为例,分析了初创型教育咨询公司在国际化发展过程中面临的机遇和挑战,提出进一步提高竞争力的优化策略。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the deepening of the concept of receiving a good education,the education consulting industry has ushered in an opportunity for development,and gradually matured with the development of the market.In the context of global economic integration,education consulting companies can take the route of international development by taking advantage of the characteristics and advantages of new media platforms to open up the international market while focusing mainly on domestic market.On account of this,taking S Education Consulting Service Co.,Ltd.,Foshan City,Guangdong Province as an example,this paper attempts to apply SWOT analysis method to analyze the opportunities and challenges encountered by start-up education consulting companies in the process of international development,and propose optimization strategies to further improve competitiveness.
