宁夏科技企业孵化器促进科技成果转化模式研究

Research on the Mode of Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements by the Science and Technology Business Incubator in Ningxia

科技企业孵化器对实施科技成果产业化,发展高新技术产业具有重要作用,其将原创性的发明创造向初创型企业转化,对培育有特色的中小企业有重要的意义。当前宁夏企业通过孵化器进行科技成果转化仍面临很多困难,其主要障碍包括服务能力不足、专业人才紧缺、融资困难、市场需求不足、获取供需信息困难等。本文针对存在的问题,提出了借助宁夏企业孵化器促进科技成果转化的新模式。

Science and technology business incubators play a vital role in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and the development of high-tech industries.Its transformation of original inventions into start-up enterprises is of great significance for cultivating SMEs with distinctive characteristics.At present,enterprises in Ningxia still face various difficulties in transforming scientific and technological achievements through incubators.The major obstacles include insufficient service capabilities,shortage of professional talents,financing difficulties,deficient market demand,and difficulties in obtaining supply and demand information.Aiming at the existing problems,a new model is proposed.
