基于非结构数据搜索处理的网络舆情调控研究

Study on the Network Public Opinion Regulation System Based on Distributed Data Processing

随着网络技术的快速发展,网络信息量也呈指数级增长。伴着网络上庞杂的信息流随机进行传播、扩散,其中一部分信息会在传播过程中发酵,这些信息通常具有突发性、非理性等特点,可能产生社会舆情并带来一定的社会影响。基于此,本文针对上述社会现象,设计了一种网络舆情调控系统,该系统可对网络数据进行实时抓取,根据话题的功率谱估计实现即时网络监测,并选择合适的应对措施对当前热点话题进行管理,以降低因舆情产生负面社会影响的可能性。

With the rapid development of network technology,the amount of network information is also growing exponentially.With the random spread and diffuse of the huge and complicated information flow on the Internet,some of the information might be fermented in this process.These information usually exhibits the characteristics of suddenness and irrationality,which may generate public opinion and bring certain social impact.In view of the above-mentioned social phenomena,this paper attempts to design a network public opinion regulation system,which can capture network data in real time,realize real-time monitoring according to the power spectrum estimation of the topic,and take appropriate countermeasures for the regulation of current hot topics,so as to diminish the possibility of negative social impact caused by public opinion.
