数字化趋势下高校行政信息管理流程优化

Research on the Upgrading of Administrative Information Management Process in Colleges and Universities under the Trend of Digitization

经过多年信息化建设,我国大多数高校都建立了相对成熟的业务部门信息管理系统,为高校管理的规范化、数字化、智能化奠定了基础。本文以浙江省某职业学院为例,在探讨该学院行政信息系统数据管理现状的基础上,以为大数据赋能高校治理体系和治理能力现代化提供思路为目的,从用户需求角度对行政信息管理存在的问题进行归纳分析,提出了统一数据标准、建立共享数据中心、构建大数据平台的行政信息管理流程等升级建议。

After years of information construction,most colleges and universities in China have established relatively mature information management systems for business departments,which laid the foundation for the standardization,digitization and intelligence of college management.Taking a vocational college in Zhejiang Province as an example,on the basis of discussing the current status of data management of the administrative information system,this paper aims to provide ideas for the modernization of governance systems and governance capabilities of colleges and universities empowered by big data.Through analyzing the existing problems of administrative information management from the perspective of user demand,upgrading suggestions are put forward such as unifying data standards,establishing shared data centers,and refining administrative information management processes for big data platforms.
