基于利益平衡的现代企业知识产权管理研究

Research on Intellectual Property Management of Modern Enterprises under the Perspective of the Balance of Interests

知识产权作为一种无形资产,已成为企业管理中的重要一环。现代企业对于知识产权的管理已经逐渐成形,但在知识产权牵涉多方利益的情况下,企业如何在保证自身利益的情况下更好地平衡其他利益,保障自身知识产权管理与时代步调一致,成为需要研究的重点课题之一。本文基于现代企业知识产权管理的宏观性、规定性、专业性等特征,通过分析当前企业知识产权管理存在的战略规划不明晰、管理意识缺失、管理组织不完善等问题,从利益平衡角度出发,指出了现代企业知识管理需注重经济利益与社会效益的结合、内部管理机制的完善并做好国际知识产权问题的应对措施。

As an intangible asset,intellectual property has become a significant part of enterprise management.The management of intellectual property rights in modern enterprises has gradually taken shape,but in the case that intellectual property rights involve interests of various parties,how can enterprises better balance the interests of various parties while ensuring their own interests,and ensure that their own intellectual property management is in step with the times has become one of the key topics to be studied.Based on the macroscopic,prescriptive,professional and other characteristics of modern intellectual property management,this paper attempts to analyze the problems of unclear strategic planning,lack of management awareness,and imperfect management organization in current enterprise intellectual property management.From the perspective of the balance of interests,countermeasures are pointed out that the knowledge management of modern enterprises should focus on the combination of economic interests and social benefits,the refinement of internal management mechanism and the solving of international intellectual property problems.
