Research progress on the spectrum-effect relationships of traditional Chinese medicine

中药谱效关系能揭示中药多靶点多成分协同作用。指纹图谱是建立在化学成分研究基础上的一种鉴定手段。现已涉及多种分析方法,包括高/超效液相色谱法(H/UPLC)、气相色谱法(GC)、质谱法(MS)等。谱效关系在指纹图谱研究基础上,通过数据分析处理技术与药效联系起来,进一步明确发挥药效的具体活性成分。本研究主要对指纹图谱、谱效关系的研究进展进行了综述,为后续谱效关系的研究与发展提供参考。

Spectrum-effect relationship could reveal the synergistic effect of multi-target and multi-component of traditional Chinese medicine. Fingerprinting is an identification tool based on chemical composition research which was developed. Various analytical methods have been involved, including high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), gas chromatography(GC), mass spectrometry(MS), etc. Spectrum-effect relationship based on the fingerprinting study, combines data analysis and processing techniques with the efficacy of the drug, so as to further clarify the specific active ingredients that exert the efficacy. In this paper, we mainly reviewed fingerprinting, spectrum-effect relationships, and provide references for future research and development of spectrum-effect relationships.
