摘要
结合工程建设实例,介绍了珠光砂混凝土在空分设备基础隔冷层中的应用,对珠光砂混凝土的原材料选用、珠光砂占胶结料的比例对抗压强度和导热系数的影响、检测结果分析、施工质量控制等方面进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明,珠光砂混凝土可以满足设计要求,保证工程质量。
This paper introduces the application of pearlescent sand concrete in cold insulation layer of air separation equipment foundation combined with project case, systematically studies the raw material selection of pearlite concrete, the influence of the ratio of pearlite to cement material on compressive strength and thermal conductivity, analysis of detection results and construction quality control, etc.. The results show that pearlescent sand concrete can meet the design requirements and ensure the quality of the project.
