引江济淮工程沐集大桥老桥拆除技术的研究

摘要 以引江济淮工程沐集大桥老桥拆除为例,对拆除过程中的施工重难点进行了分析,并以此为基础进行拆除方案比选,确定拆除方案设计及施工工艺流程。同时,以桥梁翼缘板的拆除、桥梁中跨合龙段切割、桥梁中跨其他节段切割、吊装施工、边跨及墩身与承台等拆除、施工测量监控这些施工内容为切入点,阐述了老桥拆除施工的关键技术要点。在此基础上,提出了搭建质量管理体系、制订质量计划、搭建质量、安全信息反馈系统以及施工测量监控等拆除施工中的质量、安全保证措施。 The article takes the demolition of the Muji Bridge as an example,analyzes the heavy and difficult points in the demolition process,and selects the demolition scheme to determine the demolition scheme design and construction process.At the same time,taking the demolition of the bridge flanges,the cutting of closure section of bridge middle span,the cutting of other sections in the bridge,the hoisting construction,the side span and the pier body and platform as the starting points,we explain the key technical points of the demolition and construction of the old bridge.On this basis,the quality and safety assurance measures in the demolition of quality management system,quality plan,quality,safety information feedback system and construction measurement and monitoring are proposed.
