摘要
莱阳站天桥位于莱阳市火车站Ⅱ场,自青荣线2站台跨越蓝烟线连接3站台钢结构天桥AC段,通过对项目实际情况进行调研分析,发现存在现场场地狭小、有限,地下电缆、管网复杂、整体吊装天桥重量大、天桥外观尺寸大、所选用履带吊吨位大、营业线天窗点施工安全防护措施要求高等多项重难点问题。为保障施工效率与施工质量,论文对高铁车站跨线天桥天窗点施工技术展开研究,包括施工重难点分析、施工方案设计与比选、施工要点等。
Laiyang Station overpass is located in the second yard of Laiyang Railway Station.It crosses the LanYan Line from the second platform of QingRong Line to connect the AC section of the third platform steel structure overpass.The site is narrow and limited,and the underground cables and pipe networks are complex.The overall hoisting overpass is heavy in weight,large in appearance size,large in crawler crane tonnage,and high in safety protection measures for skylight construction in business line.In order to ensure the construction efficiency and quality,the paper studies the construction technology during construction time of cross-line overpasses in high-speed railway stations,including the analysis of construction difficulties,the design and comparison of construction schemes,and the key points of construction.
