摘要
为保障旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术的使用效果,优化施工工艺和流程,需要进行试验桩施工,根据质量检测结果合理调整施工技术。论文以北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程为例,结合该工艺使用过程中钢筋笼施工、旋挖钻成孔施工,以及泥浆置换施工等环节,针对试验桩施工工艺及成孔质量检测展开分析和探讨。
In order to ensure the application effect of the construction technology of rotary bored cast-in-place pile and optimize the construction technology and flow,it is necessary to carry out test pile construction and adjust the construction technology reasonably according to the quality test results.Taking the Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project of Beijing City Sub-Central Station as an example,combined with the corresponding links such as reinforcement cage construction,rotary drilling and hole-forming construction,and mud replacement construction,this paper analyzes and discusses the test pile construction technology and hole-forming quality inspection.
