Starting from the current situation of municipal engineering management,this paper makes the analysis of the importance of municipal engineering quality management,and the problems found in the process of management including manpower,design,system,system construction and construction management and cause analysis,and finally obtains the basic strategy of improving the level?of municipal engineering management in combination with practice.
