摘要
泰乐菌素(Tylosin, TYL)是一种常用的大环内酯类抗生素,可用于治疗和预防畜禽因病原体引起的感染,并具有一定的促生长作用。由于TYL的广泛应用,TYL可能在动物体内残留并进入食物链,对公共健康造成严重危害。本文总结了近年来动物体内TYL残留检测的研究报道,综述了TYL在动物产品中的残留机理和残留规律,旨在为我国养殖业使用监管TYL和明确规定休药期提供理论依据。
Tylosin is a commonly used macrolide antibiotic, which can be used to treat and prevent the infection in livestock and poultry caused by pathogens and has a certain growth promotion effect. Due to its wide use, this antibiotic may leave residues in animals and enter the food chain, causing serious harm to public health. This article is based on reports on detection of TYL residues in animals and reviews the mechanism and elimination of Tylosin residues in animal products, hopefully to provide a theoretical basis for the use of Tylosin in breeding industry and the regulation of related withdrawal periods.
