多级自补偿式软柱塞抽油泵结构及试验研究

摘要 目前,我国部分油田已进入开采中后期,随着石油勘探技术发展,地表层的石油储量明显减少,迫使抽油泵的工作环境愈加严峻,地面抽油装备负荷急剧增加。为了进一步提高我国机械采油系统的工作效率、降低开采成本,研究小组提出了一种多级自补偿式软柱塞抽油泵,阐述其上下冲程中的工作原理;以软柱塞为研究对象,基于ANSYS有限元计算聚醚醚酮软柱塞的受力变形,得出最大应力与最大应变;构建两级自补偿式软柱塞抽油泵试验模型,探索抽油泵泵效随出口压力的变化规律,同时验证了多级软柱塞抽油泵的可行性。 At present,some oil fields in China have entered the middle and later stage of exploitation.With the development of petroleum exploration technology,the surface oil reserves have decreased significantly,forcing the working environment of pumping pump to become more severe,and the load of surface pumping equipment has increased sharply.In order to improve the efficiency of mechanical oil production system and reduce the cost of production,the research team proposed a multi-stage self-compensating soft plunger pump,and its working principle in the upper and lower stroke is described.Taking the soft plunger as the research object,the force deformation of the soft plunger of polyether ether ketone was calculated based on ANSYS finite element,and the maximum stress and maximum strain were obtained.The experimental model of two-stage self-compensating soft plunger pump was established to explore the variation of pump efficiency with outlet pressure,and the feasibility of multi-stage soft plunger pump was verified.
