摘要
“微电子技术基础”是高校电子科学与技术等专业的核心基础课,是从事微电子、集成电路等研究的重要理论支撑。为适应新时代“三全育人”教育理念要求,课程对人才培养方案重新进行了定位,从思政角度进行教学改革,以达到立德树人的目标。课题组在“微电子技术基础”课程改革的基础上,结合学生课程论文内容和调查问卷统计数据进行课程思政成效调研与分析。调查结果显示,大部分学生对专业课课程思政持积极的态度,认可课程思政的意义和效果。课题组总结教学改革实施效果,并提出相关建议,如创新教学形式、重视专业知识与思政元素的有机融合、提高学生对课程改革的认知和重视程度等。
“Fundamentals of Microelectronics Technology” is the core foundation course for majors such as electronic science and technology in university,and is an important theoretical support for research in microelectronics and integrated circuits.In response to the requirements of the educational concept of “three-wide education” in the new era,the course has repositioned the talent training scheme and carried out teaching reform from the perspective of ideology and politics,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating people with moral values.Based on the curriculum reform of “Fundamentals of Microelectronics Technology”,the research group investigates and analyzes the ideological and political effects of the curriculum in combination with the contents of students’ curriculum papers and the statistical data of questionnaires.The survey results show that most students have a positive attitude towards the ideological and political education of professional courses and recognize the significance and effect of the ideological and political education of the courses.The research group summarizes the implementation effect of teaching reform and puts forward relevant suggestions,such as innovating teaching forms,paying attention to the organic integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements,and improving students’ cognition and attention to curriculum reform.
