摘要 近年来贵州大力发展康养旅游产业,在国内外已经具备一定知名度和影响力。通过建立贵州康养旅游服务质量评价指标体系,对康养旅游者的服务满意度进行调查结果显示,贵州整体康养旅游服务质量属于中度满意,但在服务人员能力和态度、餐饮价格合理、旅游投诉渠道方便等方面的满意度较低,这些将会成为阻碍贵州康养旅游产业高质量发展的重要因素,在后续的发展过程中必须要加以重视并解决。 In recent years, Guizhou has made great efforts in developing the health and wellness tourism industry, which has had a certain popularity and influence at home and abroad. By establishing the service quality evaluation index system of healthy and wellness tourism of Guizhou, this paper investigates the tourists’ service satisfaction in Guizhou health and wellness industry. The results show that the overall health and wellness tourism service quality in Guizhou is moderately satisfactory. But the satisfaction in the ability and attitude of service personnel, reasonable catering prices and convenient tourism complaint channels are low. These will become important factors hindering the high-quality development of health and wellness tourism industry in Guizhou. Importance must be attached to these factors, and solutions must be found.
