长三角地区中小企业信用评价体系研究——基于AHP算法

Research on the Credit Evaluation System of SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta——Based on AHP Algorithm

有效的信用评价体系会加深信用主体间信任程度,降低信用交易门槛,是解决长三角地区中小企业融资难融资贵问题的重要渠道。提出利用层次分析法(AHP)对长三角地区中小企业信用评价各指标的权重设计方案,通过专家综合量化评价,建立长三角地区中小企业信用状况的判断矩阵,求得各判断矩阵进行单一致性检验,最终得到各指标层对目标层的权重。根据文中所建针对性较强的长三角地区中小企业信用评价体系,提出长三角地区中小企业信用状况提升的建议,以促进长三角地区中小企业健康发展,对长三角地区长远发展具有现实意义。

An effective credit evaluation system will deepen the degree of trust among credit entities,lower the threshold of credit transactions,and be an effective channel to solve the problem of difficult financing for SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta.Propose the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to design the weight of each indicator of the credit evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta,and establish a judgment matrix for the credit status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta through comprehensive quantitative evaluation by experts,and obtain the consistency of each judgment matrix,and finally the weight of each indicator layer to the target layer is obtained.According to the more targeted credit evaluation system for SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta,suggestions for improving the credit status of SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta are proposed.In order to promote the healthy and stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta,it is of practical significance to the longterm development of the Yangtze River Delta.
