一种智能车位地锁的设计与运动仿真

摘要 首先对车位地锁结构进行总体设计,阐明了该地锁的工作原理,再对车位地锁锁体部分进行设计与分析,最后利用仿真软件对车位锁进行运动仿真模拟实验,得到了驱动杆、警示牌、支撑杆的角位移、角速度、角加速度曲线。实验结果表明:各部件的角位移匀速增加,角速度的变化相对平缓,角加速度的变化在有效线段内几乎不变,地锁主要机构部件的运动平缓稳定。研究表明:该车位地锁可以更好地满足使用者的需求,并能实用于不同环境的车位上。 Firstly,the overall design of the parking space ground lock structure is carried out,and the working principle of the ground lock is clarified.Then the lock body of the parking space ground lock is designed and analyzed in detail.Finally,the motion simulation experiment of the parking space lock is carried out by using the simulation software,and the angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of the driving rod,warning sign and support rod are obtained.The experimental results show that the angular displacement of each component increases at a uniform speed,the change of angular velocity is relatively gentle,the change of angular acceleration is almost unchanged in the effective line segment,and the motion of the main mechanism components of the ground lock is gentle and stable.The research shows that the parking space ground lock can well meet the needs of users,and can be applied to parking spaces in different environments.
