摘要
由型线方程建立三涡圈涡旋压缩机涡旋齿的几何模型,利用积分法计算得到三涡圈涡旋压缩机工作腔容积随主轴转角的变化规律,并对其工作过程进行分析,得出6个工作腔分别以π/3为周期依次完成吸气、压缩以及排气过程。给出三涡圈涡旋压缩机压缩过程中容积腔内压力的计算方法,在此基础上对比分析单涡圈、双涡圈以及三涡圈涡旋压缩机的工作腔容积特性、工作腔内压力的变化规律以及排气孔面积的变化规律,得出三涡圈涡旋压缩机的排气更加稳定,更适用于低压比场合。
The geometric model of the scroll gear of the three vortex scroll compressor was established by using the profile equation, the variation law of the working chamber volume with the spindle angle was obtained by using the integral method, and the working process of the three scroll compressor was analyzed.The results show that the six working chambers complete the suction, compression and exhaust process with π/3 cycle respectively.The calculation method of volume chamber pressure in the compression process of the three scroll compressor was given, on this basis, the volume characteristics of the working chambers, the variation law of the pressure in the working chambers and the variation law of the exhaust hole area of the single scroll compressor, double scroll compressor and three scroll compressor were compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the exhaust of the three scroll compressor is more stable and it is more suitable for low pressure ratio occasions.
