摘要 为实现比例阀的流量精确控制,设计一种电机带动丝杠推动先导阀芯运动的大流量可控阀。在主阀控制腔内建立开启阀芯所需压力并设置流量连通,从而实现对流量的比例控制;利用AMESim平台进行仿真分析。阶跃响应特性表明:开始时刻,主阀芯发生动作,在t=0.05 s时保持在5.8 mm的开启位移处,主阀出口流量为285 L/min,达到设计标准。启闭特性表明:在t=0.05 s后,主阀芯速度存在显著的滞后性,直至主阀芯开启。级间位置匹配特性表明:开启阶梯信号时,主阀芯也发生跟随运动,完成快速响应;开启斜坡信号时,主阀跟随先导阀发生运动,但仍存在位移响应滞后且形成了0.5 mm稳态误差。 In order to realize the accurate flow control of proportional valve, a kind of large flow control valve driven by a lead screw to drive the pilot spool was designed.The pressure required to open the spool was established in the control chamber of the main valve and the flow connection was set up, so the proportional control of the flow was realized;the AMESim platform was used to make simulation analysis.The step response characteristics show that when at the beginning, the main spore moves, and when t=0.5 s, it remains at the opening displacement of 5.8 mm, and the main valve outlet flow rate is 285 L/min, which meets the design standard.The opening and closing characteristics show that the main spool velocity has a significant lag after t=0.05 s until the main spool opens.The characteristics of position matching between stages show that the main spool also follows the step signal to complete the fast response: when the ramp signal is turned on, the main valve moves with the pilot valve, but there is still displacement response lag and 0.5 mm steady-state error is formed.
