人口老龄化背景下城市养老机构区位分布与现状研究——以南京市为例

Location Distribution and Current Situation of Urban Elderly Care Institutions Under the Background of Population Aging——Taking Nanjing City as an Example

本文研究了南京市现有养老机构的区位分布和发展现状,发现南京市主城区的养老机构区位分布存在显著差异,养老机构呈聚集态分布在中心城区并逐渐向外围城区扩散,不同性质的养老机构在服务模式和运营方式等方面各有特点,指出了养老机构存在的问题,并从选址、环境改造、运营管理等方面提出了可行性参考建议,以期对南京市养老事业的发展有所帮助。

This paper studies the location distribution and development status of existing elderly care institutions in Nanjing City.It finds that there are significant differences in the location distribution of elderly care institutions in the main urban area of Nanjing City,these institutions are clustered in the central urban area and gradually spread to the besieged area,and the institutions of different natures have their own characteristics in service mode and operation mode.Then it points out the problems existing in elderly care institutions,and puts forward feasible suggestions from site selection,environmental transformation,operation management and other aspects,hoping to provide help for the development of old-age cause in Nanjing City.
