基于因子分析法的公立医院运营绩效评价

Evaluation of Public Hospital Operating Performance Based on Factor Analysis

本文运用因子分析法对我国7个省、自治区、直辖市的公立医院的运营数据进行分析和评价,指出了制约公立医院运营绩效提升的关键性因素,并从建立完善的运营管理体系、加强成本控制及推动技术创新、加快人力资源开发和学科建设等方面提出了建议。

This paper analyzes and evaluates the operating data of public hospitals in seven provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in our country by factor analysis, and points out the key factors that restrict the improvement of the operating performance of public hospitals. Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of establishing perfect operation management system, strengthening cost control and promoting technological innovation, speeding up human resources development and discipline construction.
