摘要
本文对动车组转向架检修过程进行分析,运用PDCA循环优化过程质量管控体系,使用质量分析方法及工具对动车组转向架检修过程的质量管控进行探究,以确保检修后产品质量安全可靠,列车运行稳定,以期改变目前我国动车组转向架检修质量管控不足的现状。
This paper analyzes the maintenance process of EMU bogie, uses PDCA cycle to optimize process quality control system, and uses quality analysis methods and tools to explore the quality control of EMU bogie maintenance process, so as to ensure the product quality is safe and reliable after maintenance, change the current situation of insufficient quality control of EMU bogie maintenance in China.
