新时代我国高等护理教育院校的发展战略思考

Reflections on the development strategy of nursing schools in China’s higher education institutions in the new era

我国已进入新时代,为满足不断增长的医疗护理服务需求,护理学院必须贯彻国家十四五高质量发展的要求。高层次护理人才队伍建设是精准对接多层次、多样化健康服务需求,扩大护理服务供给的重要保障。培养符合国家健康发展战略的护理专业人才,成为新时代护理教育面临的关键课题和发展瓶颈。本文深入分析现阶段我国高等护理教育发展中面临的挑战和机遇,基于对护士药物处方权研究的山西医科大学护理学院改革试行之举,从学科定位、办院理念、改革路径等多角度提出高等护理教育改革的顶层设计和战术布局,进而提出以“健康为中心,病人为核心”的办院定位;以“大医精诚,爱心仁术”的核心理念;以培养“懂医学、精护理、善仁爱、归临床”的高级实践护士(APN)为总体目标的改革方案,通过加强临床医学的教学,以推动护理学科的可持续性发展,为“健康中国”提供人才保证。

China has entered a new era,and in order to meet the growing demand for medical and nursing services,nursing schools must implement the requirements of the national 14 th Five-Year Plan for high-quality development.The construction of a high-level nursing talent team is an important guarantee for precisely matching the demand for multi-level and diversified health services and expanding the supply of nursing services.Cultivating nursing professionals in line with the national health development strategy has become a key issue and development bottleneck facing nursing education in the new era.This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities in the development of higher nursing education in China at this stage,and proposes the top-level design and tactical layout of the reform of higher nursing education from multiple perspectives,such as discipline orientation,hospital philosophy and reform path,based on the pilot reform of the School of Nursing of Shanxi Medical University,which is based on the study of nurses’ drug prescription authority.With the orientation of "Health as the center,patient as the core",the core concept of "Great Medicine and Sincerity,Compassion and Benevolence",and the overall goal of cultivating Advanced Practice Nurses(APN)who are "knowledgeable in medicine,proficient in nursing,good at love and care,and return to the clinic",the college aims at promoting the sustainable development of nursing discipline by strengthening the teaching of clinical medicine and cultivating talents for the construction of a healthy China.
