糖尿病前期人群筛查和管理证据总结

Evidence summary for screening and management of prediabetes populations

目的:筛选、获取国内外糖尿病前期人群筛查和管理的相关证据并进行总结。方法:系统检索Up To Date、最佳临床实践、苏格兰学院指南网、美国国立指南、Pub Med、中国知网、万方医学网等数据库中有关糖尿病前期人群筛查和管理的证据,包括指南、专家共识、系统评价等。结果:共纳入19篇文献,其中指南3篇,专家共识10篇,系统评价4篇,临床决策1篇,立场声明1篇。最佳证据包括糖尿病前期人群筛查与评估、监测、生活方式、用药、管理目标5个方面的内容,共25条。结论:通过对相关证据进行总结,为糖尿病前期人群的筛查和管理提供循证依据,进而有效降低糖尿病转化率。

Objective:To screen,obtain,and summarize relevant evidence of screening and management of the prediabetes population in China and abroad.Methods:Evidence,including guidelines,expert consensus,and systematic reviews,on screening and management of pre-diabetic populations was retrieved from the databases of Up To Date,British Medical Journal(BMJ),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Pub Med,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and Wanfang Data.Results:A total of 19 articles were included in this study,including 3 guidelines,10 expert consensuses,4 systematic reviews,1 clinical decision,and 1 position statement.The best evidence included 25 items:screening and assessment of prediabetes population,monitoring,lifestyle,medication,and management goals.Conclusions:The summary of relevant evidence could provide the evidence-based basis for screening and managing the pre-diabetic population and then effectively reduce the conversion rate of diabetes.
