摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤科护士生命意义感对其工作生活质量的影响。方法:2021年7月采用便利抽样法从大连市3所三级甲等医院方便抽取177名肿瘤科护士应用一般资料调查表、生命意义感量表及工作生活质量量表进行调查。结果:肿瘤科护士生命意义感得分为(46.12±9.33)分,工作生活质量得分为(109.96±14.97)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示,肿瘤科护士生命意义感总分及各维度得分与工作生活质量总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,生命意义感和年龄是肿瘤科护士工作生活质量的影响因素,共解释结果变异的34.1%。结论:肿瘤科护士的生命意义感和工作生活质量得分均处于中等水平,护士生命意义感可以显著正向预测其工作生活质量,护理管理者应注重培养护士的生命意义感水平,从而改善其工作生活质量,为护理服务质量的稳定发展提供保障。
Objective:To discuss the impact of the sense of life meaning of oncology nurses on their quality of working life(QWL).Methods:In July 2021,a total of 177 nurses in the oncology department were enrolled from 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Dalian by the convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Meaning in Life Questionnaire(C-MLQ),and the Chinese version of the Work-related Quality of Life Scale(WRQOL-2)were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Results:The oncology nurses scored(46.12±9.33)points in C-MLQ and(109.96±14.97)points in QWL.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that among the nurses in the oncology department,the total score of the sense of life meaning and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the total score of QWL and the scores of each dimension(P<0.05).The linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of nurses’ QWL were the sense of life meaning and age,which explained 34.1% of the variance of the results.Conclusions:The scores of sense of life meaning and QWL of nurses in the oncology department were in the middle level.Nurses’ sense of life meaning could significantly and positively predict their QWL.Nursing managers should focus on cultivating nurses’ life meaning sense level to improve their QWL and guarantee the stable development of the quality of nursing services.
