摘要
目的:了解乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性孕妇产后心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:选择2011年6月—2013年7月在太原市第三人民医院分娩的HBs Ag阳性产妇,应用一般情况调查表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行面对面调查,运用秩和检验和多重线性回归进行统计分析。结果:349例HBs Ag阳性产妇产后SCL-90各因子评分、总分和均分均在国内常模范围内;在得分上,强迫、躯体化症状、焦虑、敌对、抑郁维度的因子分较其他维度略高。多因素分析显示,剖宫产对HBs Ag阳性产妇敌对评分有影响(P=0.027),对产妇其他(睡眠、饮食)评分有影响(P=0.040)。结论:HBs Ag阳性孕妇产后强迫、躯体化症状、焦虑、敌对、抑郁方面心理问题较其他方面略突出;剖宫产是产后敌对症状和睡眠、饮食等其他症状的危险因素。
Objective:To investigate the psychological status and influencing factors of the psychological status in HBs Ag positive pregnant women after delivery.Methods:HBs Ag positive pregnant women who delivered in the Third People’s Hospital of Taiyuan from June2011 to July 2013 were selected for face-to-face survey using general data questionnaire and the Symptom Check-List-90(SCL-90).Rank sum test and multiple linear regression were used for statistical analysis.Results:The SCL-90 factor score,total score and mean score of the349 HBs Ag positive pregnant women were all within the normal range.Numerically,the factor scores of compulsion,somatization symptoms,anxiety,hostility and depression were slightly higher than those of other dimensions.Multivariate results showed that the hostility score of HBs Ag-positive pregnant women with cesarean section was 0.119 points higher than that in natural delivery on average(P=0.027).The other(sleep and diet)average score of HBs Ag positive pregnant women with cesarean section was 0.110 points higher than that of women with natural delivery(P=0.040).Conclusions:For the psychological problems of HBs Ag positive pregnant women in postpartum compulsion,somatic symptoms,anxiety,hostility,and depression are slightly more prominent than other aspects.Cesarean section is a risk factor for postpartum hostile symptoms and other symptoms such as sleep and diet.
