芦荟胶外用对小鼠炎症损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究芦荟胶外用对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高炎症模型的抗炎作用及其可能的作用机制。方法:每组实验均取40只健康昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、实验组和对照组,造模后创面外涂0.1 mL相应药物,模型组涂抹等量的0.9%氯化钠溶液,以各组小鼠耳廓肿胀度、足趾肿胀度、毛细血管通透性增加抑制情况,以及炎性因子前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和NO含量综合评价芦荟胶的抗炎效果。结果:小鼠耳廓肿胀、足趾肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性增加提示炎症模型均复制成功。与模型组比较,实验组小鼠因二甲苯引起的耳肿胀、冰醋酸导致的腹腔毛细血管通透性升高、角叉菜胶引起的足趾肿胀均得到明显抑制(P<0.05),且实验组小鼠角叉菜胶致炎足渗出物中PGE2、MDA以及血清中NO的含量均显著降低,血清中SOD活性显著提高(P<0.01);实验组和对照组相比,各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芦荟胶具有显著的抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制毛细血管通透性增加,抑制炎性介质PGE2、MDA以及血清中NO的合成与释放,增强自由基清除能力有关。 Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory effect and possible mechanism of aloe gel on mouse auricle swelling induced by xylene,toe swelling induced by carrageenan and increased peritoneal capillary permeability induced by glacial acetic acid.Methods 40 healthy KM mice in each group were randomly divided into blank group,model group,experimental group and control group.After modeling,the wounds were coated with 0.1 mL of corresponding drugs,and the model group was coated with the same amount of 0.9%sodium chlorine.The anti-inflammatory effect of aloe gel was evaluated by the degree of auricle swelling,toe swelling,the inhibition of capillary permeability and the contents of inflammatory factors prostaglandin E2(PGE2),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide(NO).Results The inflammatory models of mouse auricle swelling,toe swelling and increased peritoneal capillary permeability were successfully replicated.Compared with the model group,the experimental group had significant inhibitory effects on mouse ear swelling caused by xylene,the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability caused by glacial acetic acid and mouse toe swelling caused by carrageenan(P<0.05).The contents of PGE2,MDA and NO in serum of the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the activity of SOD in serum was significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Aloe gel has obvious anti-inflammatory effect and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the increase of capillary permeability,inhibiting the synthesis and release of inflammatory mediators PEG2,MDA and NO,and enhancing the capacity of free radical scavenging.
