摘要
在热力学和动力学分析的基础上,对VD高洁净锻钢真空脱氢工艺进行了研究和优化。实践结果表明,VD炉生产高洁净锻钢氢含量能够稳定地控制在1.0×10^(-6)以下。
On the basis of thermodynamic and kinetic analysis, the vacuum dehydrogenation process of high clean forged steel produced by VD furnace is studied and optimized.The practical results show that the hydrogen content of high clean forging steel produced by VD furnace can be controlled under 1.0×10^(-6)economically and stably.
