摘要
介绍了某钢厂在进行热态LF炉渣回收再利用的实践及经验。通过理论计算结合现场试验结果研究了LF炉热态渣回收再利用对冶炼的影响。研究表明,LF炉热态渣在LF炉造渣时循环使用,可快速形成低熔点渣系,改善渣的流动性。在满足造渣和脱硫效果基础上,LF炉热态渣回收再利用工艺,每炉减少石灰消耗500 kg,减少铝球24 kg,平均炉产增加0.5 t钢。LF热态渣回收再利用减少CaO消耗,间接减少CO;的排放;减少了钢渣的外排,达到降耗减排的作用。
The practice and experience of hot LF slag recovery and reuse are introduced.The influence of LF furnace hot slag recovery and reuse on smelting was studied by theoretical calculation and field test results.The results show that the hot slag of LF furnace can be used in LF furnace to form slag system with low melting point quickly and improve the fluidity of slag.On the basis of meeting slag-making and desulfurization effect,LF furnace hot slag recovery and reuse process,reduce lime consumption of 500 kg per furnace,reduce alu minum ball 24 kg,average furnace production increased by 0.5 tons of steel.LF hot slag recovery and reuse to reduce CaO consumption,indirectly reduce CO;emissions;It reduces the discharge of steel slag and achieves the function of reducing consumption and emission reduction.
