摘要
某公司开发了一套机器人电炉测温取样作业系统,以应对人工进行电炉测温取样时存在的劳动强度大、危险性高及作业不稳定等多重问题。该系统包括PLC、工业机器人及视觉系统,并采用多工艺点划分的路径规划策略、基于机器视觉的炉门状态识别策略及基于多模式融合的灵活控制策略,最终取代了人工电炉测温取样。
At present, electric furnace temperature measurement and sampling are mostly manual operations, which have multiple problems such as high labor intensity, high risk and unstable operation.To deal with these problems, an electric furnace temperature measurement and sampling operation system based on robot have been developed.The system includes PLC, industrial robot and vision system, and applysa path planning strategy based on division of multiple process points, a door state recognition strategy based on machine vision, and a flexible control strategy based on multi-mode integration, it finally replaced the manual electric furnace temperature measurement andsampling.
