摘要
大型电力变压器在变电站中承担着电能转换与传输的重要职责,科有效地对对其可靠性进行分析与评估是保障电力系统供电可靠性的基础。因此,以设备可靠性为原则对大型变压器的全生命周期健康状况进行分析与管理,提出了基于可靠性分析的大型变压器健康管理平台设计方案。随后,从时间尺度上对变压器的独立故障失效、外界冲击失效、绝缘老化失效等三种失效过程进行了诊断、评估、预测,根据不同失效情况对变压器健康水平的影响程度确定了失效分析方法。最后,通过具体案例对典型失效情况进行了分析,验证了提出的健康管理平台的有效性与实用性。
Large power transformer plays an important role in power conversion and transmission in substation.Scientific and effective analysis and evaluation of its reliability is the basis to ensure the power supply reliability of power system.Therefore,based on the principle of equipment reliability,this paper analyzes and manages the whole life cycle health status of large transformer,and puts forward the design scheme of large transformer health management platform based on reliability analysis.Then,the independent fault failure,external impact failure and insulation aging failure of the transformer are diagnosed,evaluated and predicted from the time scale,and the failure analysis method is determined according to the influence of different failure conditions on the health level of the transformer.Finally,the typical failure cases are analyzed through specific cases to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the health management platform proposed in this paper.
